Programme Overview
This programme has been designed to provide the training and competence required by the Financial Services Authority for those selling and or advising on General Insurance products. This programme is Accredited by an awarding body and each eligible candidate will receive formal certification.
Participant Profile
Any individual working with a motor dealership who is involved in the selling and or advising of customers about regulated insurance products.
Entry Requirements
This course has no specific entry requirements.
Expected outcomes
A clear understanding and a working knowledge of:
- The general principles of insurance
- Generic products sold in motor dealerships
- Data Protection
- Money Laundering
- FSA Rules and Regulations.
