There are four different types of Non-Advised (Service) version. Please ensure that you state how many of each version you require in the comments part of the order form to avoid any delay processing your order.
These staff will be involved in the administration AND performance of a contract. For example if a customer calls in to change the vehicle in the policy.
These staff (typically service staff) will only deal with the claims aspects, and do not get involved in selling policies to customers.
These staff will not get involved in any selling activities. They will be actively introducing (providing customers' contact details) to another company (this is still a regulated activity!).
- Non Advised (Concluded or Not Concluded)
This route applies to a member of staff who only gives information out on a policy, makes no recommendation as to what the customer should or should not do, but does provide the customer with the cover of 'their choice' on the day.
