Duties:

Supports customers by answering queries; analysing and resolving problems; compiling and distributing reports & findings.

Maintains customer information by auditing returns; verifying anomalies; analysing data.

Updates job knowledge by participating in training and learning opportunities.

Compiles data in relation to our network of clients.

Key Skills:

Customer Service, Good Telephone Manner, Managing Processes, Coordination, Time Management, Informing Others, Professionalism, Planning, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking, Computer literacy including MS Office.

Knowledge of FCA and Insurance regulation would be an advantage.
