The ITC Training Programme is available from any PC with internet access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that you can complete your training at a time that suits you. Your progress is also saved as you go through; meaning you can log in and out at times that are convenient to you, completing the course in bite sized chunks.
ITC Learning & Development are an Approved Assessment Centre of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), offering nationally recognised certification for our training courses. This certification also entitles application for licentiate membership of the industry leading awarding body.
The ITC Training Programme utilises an online C.V. to collect users areas of responsibility and fits the training around those areas specified, ensuring that employees are competent in selling those products required of their job role. Training is further customised by putting employees through initial assessments and then presenting them with study material upon their weaker areas so they can be re-assessed with their newly acquired knowledge.
As ITC continues to grow in the depth and diversity of courses offered, no more user ID's are required for your employees. Instead user ID's are simply extended so that a single username allows access to a wealth of learning and expert knowledge.

The Report Manager gives your supervisors the ability to watch over their employees, to keep an eye on training progress, observation status and continuing professional development.
Online training is only one part of ensuring staff competency, to ensure your staff's compliance they should also be observed within the working environment, be it in a role-play or live situation. The Report Manager provides a system to print off, carry out and record employee observations to a standard reviewed by the FSA.
